Additionally included in this new image release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had created ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in red pen markings and contains a notes section identifying distinct sections of the land.
Accompanying this are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as layouts for boat shelters.
